Strategic Development Workshop
Creative, collaborative, constructive workshop based on proven methods.
Based on a methodology used by many global corporations, this workshop encourages creative thinking, collaboration, constructive critique and communication.
The workshop uses a combination of individual, small team and large group collaborations to creatively build an organisational strategy.
It is a highly effective and efficient way to generate ideas to create strategic plans. The interactive and collective intelligence design of the workshop makes it engaging, accessible and fun.

Business Action Workshop
In this interactive and collaborative workshop for up to 16 staff, I will lead your team towards impactful action towards planetary health. Drawing on the most recent science, you will understand the 'big picture' of planetary systems and identify impactful actions within your local context.
Two options - online or in person:
